- Set up and operate various finishing machines including Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding machines, sewing, Wholemberg gathering machines, and cutting machines
- Set up and configure automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer, and bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material type
- Monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment
- Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning and follow the preventive maintenance schedule
- Identify and escalate mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team
Requirements
- Experience in setting up and operating finishing machines such as Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding machines, sewing, Wholemberg gathering machines, and cutting machines
- Ability to set up and configure automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer, and bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material type
- Ability to monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment
- Ability to conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standards
