About the Role
Ninja is looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and put away
- Lead and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Enforce safety rules and promote a safe working environment
- Train, coach, and onboard new team members
- Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Monitor system transactions using WMS/RF scanners and report operational issues
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate operational risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous experience in a team leader or senior warehouse role preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Role Overview
- The Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate and timely receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- They lead and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
