Overview
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and put-away
- Lead and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Enforce safety rules and promote a safe working environment
- Train, coach, and onboard new team members
- Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Monitor system transactions using WMS/RF scanners and report operational issues
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate operational risks
