Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience (preferred)
- Experience in operations management (preferred)
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English (preferred)

Description
- Operations is the heart and soul of everything Amazon does. It is thanks to effective operations that items are processed and dispatched to our customers on time.
- Being an Operations Lead/Supervisor gives you the chance to see how all the different parts of operations work and play a role in making sure everything runs smoothly.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for team members during their shift and help them follow the processes that your managers have put in place.
- This is a hands on role, which will give you experience in using the tools and systems that make our operations successful.
Key job responsibilities
