About the Role
Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment is seeking an experienced ACES Program Manager to lead Ultra-fast grocery operations in KSA. The role focuses on driving standardization, process improvement, and cross-functional projects to optimize UFG under the roof and last mile station performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead UFG LM UTR/OTR improvements and drive standardization efforts
- Act as liaison with other departments and provide process skills to UFG under the roof and last mile station
- Support SME for UTR, routing and OTR planning
- Support UTR/LM Kaizen Events and run cross functional projects
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity
- Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs and QBRs
- Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements

Overview
- Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced ACES Program Manager in KSA to join the team that redefines Ultra fast grocery operation.
- ACES managers focus on leading UFG LM UTR/OTR improvements, driving standardization, and acting as liaisons with other departments.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support project execution working across multiple functions in the org.
- Amicably resolve issues during passionate discussions between various functions.
- Hold respective functions accountable for their deliverables.
- Partner closely with RoW countries to implement/share best practice.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote an inspiring Health and Safety culture on site.
- Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity.
- Strategic planning for the next three, six and twelve months, with a focus on peak season planning.
- Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs and QBRs.
- Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
- Provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements through data driven decisions.
