Role Overview
- The HR Business Partner (Generalist) is a strategic people operations role that drives business results through trusted partnerships with business leaders.
- This role balances strategic insight with hands on execution, managing complex employee matters, driving initiatives for leadership capabilities, and improving organizational culture.
- This role will be based out of one of our Riyadh based warehouses.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead country wide feedback strategies including data reviews, roundtables, and pulse mechanisms.
