Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of company incorporations, amendments, licensing, visa, and banking processes
- Ensure all applications and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines
- Track and follow up on all client applications and operational tasks
- Review and approve submissions before final lodgment
- Manage Client Relationship Executives, PROs, and admin staff
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily/weekly performance
- Ensure team meets KPIs, deadlines, and quality standards
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular team reviews and follow ups
- Ensure all client records meet KYC, AML, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records
- Monitor document verification, expiry tracking, and completeness
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate services/operations (UAE/KSA)
- Experience in company formation, licensing, and government liaison
- Prior team handling or senior operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
- Strong knowledge of UAE, KSA, and GCC market

Overview
- The Operations Team Lead is responsible for managing day to day operations, leading the client relationship team, and ensuring compliant and efficient execution of company setup, licensing, and government processes across UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver accurate and timely execution of all operational services
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage operations team performance and output
- Maintain strong client, stakeholder, and government relationships
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement
