Overall Responsibility

  • Provide vision, strategy, direction, and leadership for business operations.
  • Increase client base, identify opportunities, and deliver sales targets.
  • Achieve financial and operational targets, control costs, manage risk.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure sales targets are met monthly.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Manage all internally allocated leads in a timely manner.
  • Identify and meet key strategic partners and stakeholders to achieve new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly and monthly individual sales reports.
  • Formulate accurate solutions to present to clients.
  • Prepare and present accurate proposals within agreed timeframes.
  • Devise alternate client attainment strategies.
  • Keep updated on legislative and legal changes.
  • Develop and sustain valuable relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to annual business development and sales plans.
  • Ensure CRM is up to date daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Follow SOP of business development pipeline strategy.
  • Attend relevant networking events and generate new business.
  • Identify organizations for Creation within target sectors.
  • Identify and connect with target partners and C suite executives.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years working in corporate services or professional services in KSA.
  • Proven sales track record for 3 years.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge.
