- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (IT background preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or Distribution Center (DC) operations
- Strong hands on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related modules
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking
- Experience delivering system training and supporting end users
- Solid understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Role Overview
