Our Coffs Harbour depot is looking for a proactive Operations Supervisor to lead our afternoon operations team on a Tuesday to Saturday roster. We are ready to invest in your training and set you up for success in this hands-on leadership role. Lead & Manage the Team – Supervise and support allocators, drivers, and forklift operators to ensure peak performance
Foster a High-Performance Culture – Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure Compliance & Safety – Enforce NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and company safety policies
Customer Relations and Enquiries – Be the key contact for our valued customers.
Optimise Fleet & Logistics Operations – Coordinate freight movement for efficiency and on-time delivery
Resource Allocation & Scheduling – Ensure the right people, trucks, and equipment are in place to meet demand
Process & Performance Improvement – Maintain high operational standards and implement best practices
Industry knowledge - Transport or relevant industry experience will be highly regarded for this role.
