Liaising with train crews, terminal staff, warehouse teams and operational controllers

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends or public holidays if required
Experience using rail or freight management systems
Knowledge of rail freight operations and terminal procedures
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and rail safety principles
Familiarity with transport scheduling, dispatch and freight documentation processes
