Co-ordination of freight and deliveries to meet service and utilisation requirements.

Planning and building loads in line with customer requirements

Equipment and resource planning

Raising and reconciling freight bills

Liaising with National Network Group Office, other Operations & Depot teams, floor staff and maintenance to ensure operations are run efficiently

Facilitating the retrieval and imaging of all proof of Delivery (POD) documentation

Monitor and reporting on the performance of the fleet in accordance with specific KPIs

Monitoring compliance with fatigue, mass and maintenance requirements

Ensuring the safe conduct of operations in the workplace with site safety auditing
