Role Overview
Seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, maintain service and productivity standards, and improve business performance.
The role works with management, employees, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities, workflows, schedules, workloads, resource allocation, employee attendance, and task assignments.
- Lead operational teams and provide coaching, training, guidance, performance feedback, and team communications.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels, costs, quality, safety, and operational performance.
- Identify bottlenecks, incidents, customer concerns, service issues, and inefficiencies, then implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, HR, procurement, warehouse, suppliers, customers, contractors, and partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain operational records, procedures, and documentation.
- Support process improvement, automation, cost reduction, audits, compliance, risk management, and business continuity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations supervision, operations management, team leadership, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of daily operations, workflow management, workforce coordination, and performance management.
