POSITION: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for safe, reliable and efficient 24-hour operation of Greenfire
site facilities, including steam generation and production. This role combines front-line operations
leadership with control room/panel oversight and capability to improve shift execution, operational
discipline, training, competency development, and daily asset readiness. The incumbent shall carry out all
duties in accordance with the Safety Codes Act and in compliance with company safety policies and
procedures.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide safe and effective 24-hour operational leadership for assigned operations crews/assets,
- including field and control room activities.
- Lead daily asset execution, including scope readiness, shift priorities, operational follow-up,
- planning/scheduling support, document reviews and team scheduling activities.
- Ensure all Greenfire Resources safety requirements are met or exceeded and that all operators
- are performing assigned duties in accordance with established roles, responsibilities and
- procedures.
- Monitor the overall facility process for proper operation, including temperatures, pressures,
- flows, tank levels, steam generation and production performance.
- Maintain a logbook of overall facility activities and ensure operators on shift maintain
- appropriate logbook records of pertinent facility and process changes and activities.
- Troubleshoot and rectify facility abnormalities and deficiencies and provide continuous
