Operations Supervisor
Full-time Operations Supervisor role at a mid-level to senior level.
Oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, maintain service and productivity standards, and improve business performance.
Work with management, employees, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
Daily Operations and Team Leadership
- Supervise daily operational activities and lead teams toward productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Monitor workflows, schedules, workloads, resource allocation, attendance, and task assignments.
- Provide coaching, training, guidance, and performance feedback and conduct regular team meetings.
Performance and Compliance
- Ensure procedures, company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements are followed.
- Track KPIs, productivity, service levels, costs, performance indicators, and operational reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
