Role overview
The Digital Learning Specialist designs, develops, implements, and improves digital learning experiences for employees, customers, and other audiences.
The role works with Learning and Development, HR, subject matter experts, Technology, and business teams.
Digital learning delivery
- Design digital learning programs, courses, modules, learning journeys, storyboards, scripts, and instructional materials.
- Develop e-learning content, interactive modules, videos, presentations, assessments, simulations, and learning resources.
- Configure and maintain content in Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
- Create quizzes, knowledge checks, simulations, and interactive activities to measure learning outcomes.
Measurement and improvement
- Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, assessment results, and learning effectiveness.
- Analyze learning data to improve content, learner experience, and program performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, analytics, and new learning technologies.
- Research emerging learning technologies, AI tools, instructional methods, and digital education trends.
