Role Overview
Develop, coordinate, and optimize destination experiences, travel services, tourism products, and local partnerships.
Work with tourism operators, hotels, attractions, transportation providers, event partners, travel agencies, and internal teams.
Support high-quality destination experiences and sustainable tourism growth.
Destination Strategy and Products
- Develop and coordinate destination management strategies, tourism programs, and travel experiences.
- Research destinations, tourism trends, visitor preferences, market demand, and competitive offerings.
- Identify opportunities for new tourism products, experiences, itineraries, and destination packages.
- Develop packages for leisure, corporate, group, event, and specialized travel markets.
Partners and Operations
- Build relationships with hotels, tour operators, attractions, restaurants, transportation providers, and local partners.
- Coordinate destination services, itineraries, activities, logistics, and operational requirements.
- Negotiate services, pricing, availability, and commercial agreements with suppliers and partners.
- Monitor the quality, reliability, and performance of destination service providers.
