Role Overview
The Leadership & Talent Strategy Specialist develops and implements talent strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities, succession planning, workforce performance, and organizational growth.
The role works with senior leadership, HR, Talent Management, and business teams to identify high-potential talent and build a leadership pipeline aligned with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop leadership and talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify talent needs, leadership capability gaps, and future workforce requirements.
- Manage succession planning frameworks for key roles and leadership positions.
- Identify, assess, and develop high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Design talent development programs, leadership pathways, and career development frameworks.
- Establish leadership competencies and talent priorities with senior leaders and HR teams.
- Conduct talent reviews, succession discussions, capability assessments, and workforce planning.
- Develop competency models, talent assessment frameworks, and development plans.
- Support executive development, coaching, mentoring, and management development initiatives.
- Analyze workforce, performance, engagement, retention, and talent data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and executive presentations.
