Operations and Stakeholder Management

• Develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers, banks, internal operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understand bank operations, regulations, service-level agreements, and MADA branding rules related to the POS business.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned account and maintain organized engagement and reporting records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
• Manage overall engagement with the bank and merchant onboarding approval processes.
• Manage terminals and merchant profiles, including changes to existing merchant credentials.

POS, Merchant, and Vendor Operations

• Coordinate POS vendor installation and maintenance requests within agreed service levels.
• Ensure VIP customers receive continuous and exceptional service.
• Prepare daily POS updates and maintain accurate maintenance and installation reports.
• Prepare mandate reports covering POS SLAs, MADA branding, active and inactive merchants, segmentation, and stock.
• Create appropriate backup coverage for reporting responsibilities during absence or vacation.

Financial and Regulatory Operations

• Ensure merchant account settlement and reconciliation.
• Prepare SAMA SLA reports with POS vendors and submit them to SAMA.
• Process chargeback, claim, and dispute requests and coordinate supporting documentation through case closure.
• Maintain and control stock inventory.
• Update the billing system for financial billing and validate invoices before submission to banks.
• Highlight invoice discrepancies to finance and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Monitor and report on vendor performance and management.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a relevant field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Officer, Accounts Officer, or in a similar role.
• Acquiring banking knowledge and knowledge of the SAMA regulatory framework are required.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services.
• Knowledge of TMS, or Terminal Management System, in the SAMA context.
• Expertise in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
