Position Summary
Coordinate operational readiness, support field locations, and implement operational processes, systems, and business initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison between field operations and corporate support teams.
Support business transformation, operational documentation, CRM administration, and Cardlock system operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate readiness for new programs, products, systems, and business initiatives.
- Create readiness checklists, implementation plans, communications, training resources, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate operational changes to field teams.
- Track milestones, risks, action items, readiness metrics, and project status.
- Administer CRM updates, access, issue resolution, user support, data quality, and compliance.
- Support Cardlock process improvements, system updates, vendor coordination, and operational documentation.
- Prepare reports and dashboards, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in Lean, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, project management, operations management, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
