Position summary
The Operations Business Analyst supports Farm Supply and Petroleum Operations through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
The role identifies trends, opportunities, operational gaps, risks, and root causes to improve performance across a multi-site network.
The role supports informed decisions, operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance using KPIs, monitor exceptions and trends, and conduct root cause analyses.
- Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics for business trends, operational needs, and risks.
- Recommend, implement, and measure operational improvement initiatives with business leaders.
- Maintain dashboards, measure KPIs, and deliver weekly and monthly exception-based reporting.
- Monitor safety, standards, sales, service, performance, and compliance outcomes.
- Define Power BI reporting requirements and support the reporting roadmap and dashboard improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and provide coaching insights for operational decisions.
- Develop, track, and follow up on action plans and improvement priorities.
- Build relationships with Operations leaders, analysts, and Business Intelligence teams.
