Position Summary
Partner with Farm Supply and Petroleum Operations leadership to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Identify trends, improvement opportunities, operational gaps, risks, and root causes across the network.
Provide recommendations that improve operational performance, consistency, compliance, and customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance across locations using data-driven insights and key performance indicators.
- Monitor data for exceptions, emerging trends, operational gaps, and potential risks.
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop forecasting models and predictive analytics.
- Partner with leaders to implement improvement initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
- Evaluate performance measurement frameworks using historical, current, and forecasted data.
- Monitor Safety, Standards, Sales, Service, Performance, and regulatory compliance indicators.
- Manage dashboards, measure KPI performance, and provide meaningful commentary to leadership.
- Identify Power BI reporting requirements and collaborate with stakeholders and the development team.
- Support dashboard enhancements, business intelligence improvements, and reporting roadmap priorities.
- Present findings and recommendations and act as a trusted advisor on operational data.
