Job Purpose
Scrutinize banking documents according to unit policies and procedures while maintaining secure custody of records.
Deliver accurate and professional processing support for loans and related transactions.
Use discretion when handling sensitive information and maintain a professional service standard for internal and external customers.
Processing and Customer Support
- Process personal, buyout, top-up, staff, auto, home, and other loan cases, mortgage releases, settlements, guarantees, cheques, and related renewals or cancellations.
- Provide instructions to relevant units and report discrepancies in line with agreed service levels.
- Sign authorized document and fulfillment communications, including liability letters, loan letters, court letters, and balance confirmations.
- Liaise with branches and internal divisions and respond to queries within agreed turnaround times.
Records, Risk, and Compliance
- Maintain confidential records and protect sensitive information received through meetings, correspondence, and the role.
- Secure documentation in dual-control fireproof cabinets, complete daily filing, and manage archival according to bank policy.
