Job Purpose
Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of affluent customers through personalized service and close relationship management.
Present relevant banking products, achieve profitable contribution, and retain customer loyalty and business.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and manage the priority-banking portfolio, enhance sales, and promote cross-selling of bank products.
- Conduct client profiling, financial needs analysis, portfolio reviews, and financial checks.
- Achieve revenue, sales, and portfolio-growth targets across investments, deposits, mortgages, credit cards, and bancassurance.
- Deliver tailored wealth-management solutions and provide timely one-stop banking service.
- Resolve client queries and complaints, minimize attrition, and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Drive business acquisition, relationship deepening, customer events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with branch managers, segment leadership, specialists, and support teams.
- Perform KYC and due diligence to identify unusual activity, money laundering, fraud, sanctions, and terrorism-financing risks.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, audit requirements, governance procedures, and Central Bank requirements.
- Manage onboarding documentation and complete internal and external compliance actions within agreed timelines.
