Operations Officer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Review and process financing applications according to company policies and service-level agreements.
• Prepare, create, and validate contracts in internal systems.
• Follow up on missing documents and approvals with customers, landlords, and internal teams.
• Monitor application pipelines and timely completion.
• Perform quality checks on applications and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with Risk, Sales, Legal, Collections, and Customer Experience teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and contract data in systems.
• Support reporting and maintain Excel and dashboard trackers.
• Escalate operational issues, delays, and policy exceptions.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in credit operations, banking, fintech, or related operational roles is preferred.
• Understanding of Ejar operations is preferred.
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset is preferred.
• Professional communication, follow-up, time management, and multitasking abilities are preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
