Customer Experience Specialist (Real Estate - Property Management)

Rize seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers, ensure smooth property handovers, and assist in solving everyday issues. The role involves building relationships, conducting check-ins, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates should be fresh graduates with strong communicat

Responsibilities

  • Support in building positive, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assist in conducting check-ins to make sure both parties are satisfied
  • Learn how to manage the handover process between landlords and tenants
  • Help inspect units during move-in and move-out to ensure everything is in proper condition
  • Document findings and support the senior team in the reporting process
  • Serve as the first point of contact for simple inquiries or issues
  • Help mediate small conflicts and escalate cases when needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, operations, support) to resolve concerns
  • Make daily follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure service quality
  • Share insights with the team to help improve overall experience
  • Maintain organized records of communications, handover notes, and customer feedback
  • Help prepare basic reports for the team

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or any related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about helping people and improving their experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
