Job Overview
The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the smooth, efficient, and consistent execution of Ladurée’s regional operations. Working closely with the Regional Operations Director, Operations Manager, and cross-functionally with the Regional Savory Head Chef, Regional Head Pastry C
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the Regional Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate general communication and information flow from stores to the Regional office and support departments.
- Coordinate the staff onboarding between HR, OPS, and Training.
- Assist with the tracking and consolidation of business reviews, operational audits, performance presentations, and action plans.
- Maintain and update regional dashboards, store contact lists, SOP archives, and operational calendars.
- Consolidate and circulate KPI reports to management.
- Maintain information cards for every location.
- Ensure project completion cards are signed by all functions.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system ensuring all operational documents are accessible and up to date.
- Track deadlines for ongoing initiatives and proactively remind teams of deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure compliance of regional governmental licenses in each territory.
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager with the stores/market coordination of campaign rollouts, seasonal product launches, and in-store activations.
