Requirements
- Strong experience in yacht or marine operations and day-to-day business management.
- Proven team leadership and operational performance management experience.
- Excellent customer relations and after-sales operations experience.
- Strong service coordination and operational planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness focused on achieving business objectives.
- Experience managing luxury yacht customers and high-value marine products.
- UAE or GCC market experience is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and the GCC.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,361.48 to AED 17,236.58 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage yacht and marine operations and day-to-day business activities.
- Lead the team and manage operational performance.
- Manage customer relations and after-sales operations for luxury yacht customers.
- Coordinate services and plan operational activities.
- Support commercial objectives and business performance.
- Travel extensively across Europe and the GCC as required by the role.
