Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in yacht or marine operations and day-to-day business management.
- Proven team leadership and operational performance management experience.
- Excellent customer relations and after-sales operations experience.
- Strong service coordination and operational planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness focused on achieving business objectives.
- Experience managing luxury yacht customers and high-value marine products.
- UAE or GCC market experience is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and the GCC is stated, but the source sentence is truncated.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 30,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage yacht and marine operations and the day-to-day business.
- Lead teams and manage operational performance.
- Manage customer relations and after-sales operations for luxury yacht customers.
- Coordinate services and operational planning.
- Support achievement of commercial and business objectives.
- Travel extensively across Europe and the GCC as required by the role.
