Role Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations.
- Ensure high service and operational standards.
- Drive revenue, profitability, cost control, and overall business performance.
- Manage and develop food and beverage teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Oversee restaurants, bars, banquets, and other food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure a consistent guest experience across outlets.
- Develop menus, concepts, standard operating procedures, budgets, and business strategies.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000-12,900.29 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
