The hotel F&B Director will lead and oversee food and beverage operations.
The role covers restaurants, bars, banquets, and other food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high service and operational standards across food and beverage operations.
- Drive revenue, profitability, cost control, and overall business performance.
- Manage and develop food and beverage teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure a consistent guest experience across restaurants, bars, banquets, and other outlets.
- Develop menus, concepts, standard operating procedures, budgets, and business strategies.
- Align food and beverage plans with company objectives.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure health, safety, and quality compliance.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Requirements
- Director-level oversight of hotel food and beverage operations is expected.
