Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the car rental and leasing business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to standards
- Oversee fleet management activities including procurement, registration, insurance, maintenance, utilization, and disposal
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of rental agents, fleet supervisors, and warehouse officers
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Establish, monitor, and optimize operational systems and replacement strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, service providers, car dealers, and insurance partners
- Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance policies
- Supervise performance evaluation, identify training needs, and encourage staff development
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and auditing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in car rental operations, fleet management, or automotive industry
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a fast paced service environment
- Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of fleet utilization, pricing, and customer service practices
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of fleet utilization, pricing, and customer service practices.

- Certifications such as Agile Management or related credentials are a plus.
