Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all security operations, ensuring effective deployment of security personnel, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence.
The role oversees site operations, manpower planning, training, compliance, and business growth while ensuring adherence to Qatar's security regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations across all client sites.
- Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of security guards and supervisors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
- Ensure timely mobilization of manpower for new contracts and projects.
- Oversee incident management and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
- Experience in security operations management
- Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence
- Knowledge of Qatar's security regulations and company standards
- Ability to manage manpower planning, training, and compliance
