About the Role
An EPC company seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant piping construction activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 15+ years of experience in plant piping project management and a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plant piping construction activities for large scale Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring safe and timely project delivery
- Oversee project execution, construction planning, manpower, subcontractors, and resource allocation while maintaining productivity and quality
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE requirements, QA/QC standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, and client teams to achieve project milestones, budget targets, and successful project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in plant piping projects, with a strong background in EPC/contracting and plant piping project management
- Willing to work on a site based assignment
- GCC project experience is highly preferred, particularly with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, KNPC, KOC, or QP/NOC
