Role Description
The Operations Manager owns day-to-day delivery of a multi-tower managed-services engagement.
The role is based onsite in Jeddah and serves as the primary operational point of contact for the client.
The manager leads blended onsite and offshore teams across cloud, infrastructure, network, database, backup, and virtualization towers.
The role reports to the Delivery Manager and is senior and client-facing.
Operational Delivery
- Own daily operations across all service towers and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Run operations reviews and 24x7 shift handovers covering incidents, risks, backups, alerts, changes, patches, and aged tickets.
- Ensure incidents, service requests, and changes are progressed and closed within target.
- Own ticket quality, queue monitoring, backlog reduction, and escalation processes.
