Role Description

Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Manage infrastructure, cloud, integration, application, data, and platform-related initiatives.

Coordinate architecture, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, business teams, vendors, and leadership to meet scope, timeline, budget, quality, and security expectations.

Project Delivery and Governance

  • Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, go-live, and closure.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reports.
  • Manage risks, issues, changes, deviations, governance cadences, project updates, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate technical implementation, deployment, integration readiness, testing, cutover, and hypercare support.

Stakeholder and Client Management

  • Coordinate business teams, technical teams, partners, external vendors, clients, and internal leadership.
  • Manage expectations about timelines, dependencies, technical constraints, and delivery risks.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, technical discussions, and project review meetings.

Planning and Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies across infrastructure, security, networking, applications, integrations, and operations.
  • Support resource planning, capacity coordination, critical-path monitoring, decision-making, and action tracking.

Quality and Readiness

  • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and readiness standards.
  • Coordinate UAT readiness, deployment and rollback planning, operational handover, and complete governance documentation.
  • Promote delivery discipline, change control, PMO compliance, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management, delivery management, or program coordination experience for technical projects.
  • Experience managing enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, governance practices, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage technical discussions without acting as the technical implementer.
  • Experience in enterprise, aviation, telecom, cloud, or digital transformation environments is preferred.
