Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities across the production facility and active site erection projects
- Oversee the fabrication workflow, optimizing the utilization of advanced CNC machineries
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure seamless delivery, crane coordination, and structural alignment during site erection phases
- Manage manpower distribution, material logistics, and machinery scheduling to meet aggressive project deadlines
- Review structural shop drawings, technical submittals, and fabrication methods to minimize material wastage and optimize structural integrity
- Enforce top tier Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across both the factory floor and construction projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and erection
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role handling major projects
- Deep understanding of welding procedures (WPS/PQR), CNC processing, structural codes (AWS/BS EN), and engineering software like Tekla or STAAD.Pro
- Strong commanding presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and workforce management skills
- Fluency in English is required; native Arabic command is highly preferred

Role Overview
- Atovee Steel Constructions is seeking a dynamic, highly technical Operations Manager to fully oversee our structural steel production facility and site installation projects.
- The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of operations, bridging the gap between heavy factory fabrication and on site structural steel erection projects.
- We are specifically looking for a leader with a proven track record in heavy industrial manufacturing and structural contracting, capable of managing large technical teams and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Total Project & Production Ownership: Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities across the production facility and active site erection projects.
- Production Management: Oversee the fabrication workflow, optimizing the utilization of advanced CNC machineries.
- Site Erection Oversight: Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure seamless delivery, crane coordination, and structural alignment during the site erection phases of our projects.
- Resource Allocation: Manage manpower distribution, material logistics, and machinery scheduling to meet aggressive project deadlines.
- Engineering & Estimation Liaison: Review structural shop drawings, technical submittals, and fabrication methods to minimize material wastage and optimize structural integrity.
- HSE & Compliance: Enforce top tier Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across both the factory floor and construction projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering (Credentials from top tier engineering faculties preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and erection, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role handling major projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of welding procedures (WPS/PQR), CNC processing, structural codes (AWS/BS EN), and engineering software like Tekla or STAAD.Pro.
