Operations Manager

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the company’s day-to-day operations across multiple divisions and business sectors
• Work closely with senior management and various internal departments to streamline processes, improve productivity, monitor operational performance, and ensure the timely execution of business requirements
• Manage teams, coordinate between departments, develop and implement operational procedures, monitor KPIs, control costs, resolve operational issues, and prepare regular management reports

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within a diversified group or multi-business environment
• Proven experience managing operations across multiple divisions, sectors, and business units, including Car Rental, Delivery & Logistics, Real Estate, and Business Management
• Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing, implementing, and improving operational processes, policies, and procedures
• Strong ability to coordinate between departments and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
• Proven experience in KPI management, performance monitoring, budgeting, cost control, reporting, and forecasting
• Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and profitability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
