Role Overview
Group Business Operations Manager responsible for operational and financial performance across multiple businesses.
The assigned businesses primarily include car rental, last-mile delivery, and real estate management.
The role works closely with business heads and Group management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations and performance of assigned Group companies.
- Own P&L, budgets, profitability, cost control, and business performance.
- Set and monitor operational and financial KPIs and targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, margins, and customer experience.
- Work with business heads and functional teams to achieve targets and Group standards.
- Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong commercial and operational experience.
- Good financial understanding.
- Proven experience managing P&L and multifunctional operations.
- UAE experience is preferred, particularly in car rental, mobility, logistics, delivery, or other service-based businesses.
