About the Role
Blue Hat HR Services is hiring an Operations Manager for a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, and façade solutions. The role oversees factory production, site installation coordination, supply chain, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, including aluminium fabrication, glass processing, cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing
- Develop and manage production schedules, capacity planning, and workflow optimization to meet multiple project deadlines
- Enforce strict quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards at every stage of manufacturing
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place for all factory machinery, CNC equipment, and production lines
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams to ensure fabricated units are delivered and installed on time
- Oversee site logistics, handling, and installation protocols for windows, curtain walls, doors, skylights, and other aluminium/glass systems
- Manage snagging, rectification, and final handover processes in line with consultant and developer requirements
- Act as the primary operations liaison for construction companies, property developers, main contractors, and MEP/consultant teams
- Attend site meetings and progress reviews to align production timelines with construction milestones
- Manage procurement forecasting, raw material inventory, and finished goods storage
- Ensure full compliance with UAE construction safety regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, Civil Defence standards, and industry specific codes
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross functional teams including production supervisors, factory workers, site foremen, logistics coordinators, and QC inspectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a substantial portion in Operations Management, Production Management, or Plant Management roles
- Proven prior experience within the Aluminium & Glass manufacturing, Façade/Cladding, or Construction industries
- Strong understanding of aluminium fabrication processes, glass processing, glazing systems, and building envelope products
- Demonstrated ability to manage both factory based manufacturing workflows and on site installation coordination
- Experience dealing directly with construction companies, property developers, main contractors, or consultants in the UAE or GCC
- Proven experience managing large multicultural teams across factory and site operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); hands on experience with ERP or production planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and project execution
- A valid driving license
- Arabic knowledge preferred

- Our client is a leading UAE based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state of the art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory & Production Management: Oversee daily production operations, including aluminium fabrication, glass processing, cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

- Industry Background: Proven prior experience within the Aluminium & Glass manufacturing, Façade/Cladding, or Construction industries is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aluminium fabrication processes, glass processing, glazing systems, and building envelope products (e.g., curtain walls, windows, doors, handrails).
- Production & Site Exposure: Demonstrated ability to manage both factory based manufacturing workflows and on site installation coordination for construction projects.
- Client Familiarity: Experience dealing directly with construction companies, property developers, main contractors, or consultants in the UAE or GCC.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing large multicultural teams across factory and site operations.
- Systems & Reporting: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); hands on experience with ERP or production planning software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and project execution.
- A valid driving license.
- Arabic knowledge preferred.
