Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and target driven Senior Sales Officer with a proven track record in security services sales within the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate must have direct experience in selling security guarding services and a strong network of corporate clients, contractors, developers, and facility management companies across Dubai.
  • This role is strictly for professionals currently working, or who have recently worked, within the security services industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities for security guarding services and related security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property management companies, contractors, developers, and facility management firms.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations to close new business.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the UAE security industry.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless mobilization and service delivery for new contracts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales/business development experience specifically within a licensed security services company.
  • Current or recent experience selling security guarding services in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in securing B2B contracts and achieving sales targets in the security sector.
  • Established network of contacts within corporate organizations, developers, contractors, and facility management companies in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE security services market and client acquisition process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Malayalam language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Self motivated individual with the ability to work independently and thrive in a target driven environment.
