Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for security guarding and related services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, and facility management companies
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of sales/business development experience in UAE
- Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Supply, or B2B Service Sales
- Strong network within the Dubai business community
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Fluent in Malayalam Language preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve challenging sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Executive to lead business development activities and expand client portfolio across Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security services, facility management services or manpower services, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building long term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
