- Lead the overall operations of multiple façade projects from award to final handover
- Develop and monitor operational plans, project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal departments
- Ensure engineering, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals are completed on schedule
- Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials
- Manage factory production, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and overall operational performance
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, project milestones, and quality requirements
- Conduct regular operational review meetings and provide progress reports to the General Manager
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards
- Lead Project Managers, Factory Manager, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site Teams to achieve operational objectives
Requirements
- 15 20 years of experience in operations management, preferably in façade or construction projects
- Experience leading multiple façade projects from award to final handover
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
