Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Food & Beverage business in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, optimizing team performance, and driving profitability across all F&B operations.
The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, staff management, customer service excellence, and a solid understanding of food safety and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, cafés, or F&B outlets
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, purchasing, and management teams
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality
- Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs
- Manage staffing schedules, manpower planning, and team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and cost control measures
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction
- Analyze sales reports and operational KPIs to improve profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain company standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for operational requirements
- Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing multiple outlets is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Familiarity with food safety and HACCP standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in operational reporting and inventory management systems
