Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Food & Beverage business in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, optimizing team performance, and driving profitability across all F&B operations.

The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, staff management, customer service excellence, and a solid understanding of food safety and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, cafés, or F&B outlets
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, purchasing, and management teams
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality
  • Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs
  • Manage staffing schedules, manpower planning, and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and cost control measures
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Analyze sales reports and operational KPIs to improve profitability
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain company standards
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for operational requirements
  • Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing multiple outlets is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
  • Familiarity with food safety and HACCP standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in operational reporting and inventory management systems
