Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Sales Support and Operations provides commercial support and operational execution for B2B corporate clients.
The role covers sales enablement, deal structuring, contract execution, and client onboarding across the customer lifecycle.
The position supports revenue conversion, margin discipline, service delivery, scalable processes, and cost control.
Client Relationship Management
- Own relationships with high-value and strategic corporate clients and manage interactions within service-level agreements.
- Build long-term partnerships with client stakeholders and lead quarterly and annual account review meetings.
- Provide management with insights from client feedback, market trends, and operational performance.
Team Leadership and Support
- Oversee activities performed by Relationship Management Executives and ensure communication and service delivery across internal departments.
- Provide leadership and support to the team serving Managed Transport Services.
- Act as the escalation point for complex client issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
Operational Execution
- Facilitate onboarding for new Managed Transport Services clients.
- Coordinate onboarding and oversight of suppliers to maintain high-quality service.
- Monitor and fulfill contractual operational requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to manage relationships with high-value and strategic B2B corporate clients.
- Ability to provide leadership and oversight across sales support and operations teams.
- Ability to manage client onboarding, contract execution, supplier coordination, and service delivery.
