Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or business leadership roles within construction, engineering, PMC, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects or portfolios
- Strong background in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and executive level communication
- Proven ability to manage operational performance, resource planning, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, commercial management, contract administration, and risk management principles
- Track record of supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, account management, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational objectives and business priorities
- Experience working with government entities, major developers, or giga projects is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities

Role Overview
- JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and results driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operational activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
- The Operations Lead will provide strategic leadership across project execution, client engagement, team management, and business operations, working closely with senior management and cross functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
