Job Summary

  • The Operations Head will lead and oversee the end to end operations of the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) business. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient client onboarding, application processing, compliance, documentation, quality assurance, and coordina

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day to day operations of the CBI and RBI business.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure timely processing of client applications while maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to citizenship or residency approval.
  • Review applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
  • Coordinate with case managers to track application progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure all client files comply with AML, KYC, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, licensed agents, legal firms, banks, developers, and international partners.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage operations executives and case managers.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 7–12 years of operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in the Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, immigration consulting, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of CBI/RBI programs, documentation standards, KYC, AML, and due diligence requirements.
  • Experience managing cross functional teams and international stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, document management platforms, and Microsoft Office.
