Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the Second Citizenship and Residency by Investment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers, immigration consultants, real estate agencies, and financial advisors.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients' investment and immigration objectives.
  • Present and explain citizenship and residency programs, including eligibility, investment options, timelines, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and application processing.
  • Stay updated on global immigration policies, investment migration programs, and market trends.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's services.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, wealth management, immigration consulting, luxury real estate, or investment advisory.
  • Experience in the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) or Residency by Investment (RBI) industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment migration programs and international mobility solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with high net worth clients and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, or Hindi are an advantage.
