Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale high budget, high ticket paid campaigns across Google Search & Display, YouTube Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop full funnel PPC strategy with high intent keyword structures
- Optimize landing pages, retargeting flows, and appointment booking funnels
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, hooks, offers, and landing pages
- Implement advanced tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Conversion API, and call tracking systems
- Manage AED 50K+ monthly budgets, scale profitable campaigns, and cut underperforming ads
- Work closely with sales team to track lead quality, show up rates, and closing ratio
- Optimize campaigns based on actual revenue, not just CPL
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on PPC experience
- Experience managing AED 50K+ monthly budgets
- Strong high ticket funnel psychology understanding
- B2B lead generation experience
- UAE market experience (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 & CRM integrations

Role Overview
- We are a premium business consultancy firm based in Dubai, specializing in company formation, corporate structuring, tax advisory, compliance, and high value consulting solutions.
- As our PPC Ad Specialist, you will plan, execute, optimize, and scale high budget, high ticket paid campaigns across Google Search & Display, YouTube Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
What You'll Own
- Full funnel PPC strategy including high intent keyword structures.
- Landing page optimization, retargeting flows, and appointment booking funnels.
- A/B testing of creatives, hooks, offers, and landing pages.
- Advanced tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Conversion API, and call tracking systems.
- Budget management and scaling of profitable campaigns.
- Sales and marketing alignment to track lead quality and revenue.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands on PPC experience.
- Experience managing AED 50K+ monthly budgets.
- Strong high ticket funnel psychology understanding.
- B2B lead generation experience.
- UAE market experience (highly preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 & CRM integrations.
