About the Role
Avyanco Citizenship seeks an Investment Migration Advisor to own the full consultative sales cycle for citizenship and residency by investment programmes. The role requires 3-5+ years of high-value consultative sales experience and fluency in English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads (website, referrals, campaigns) promptly and professionally
- Run consultative discovery calls and meetings to understand each client’s goals
- Present and compare suitable CBI/RBI programmes; explain investment routes, costs, timelines and benefits
- Prepare tailored proposals and transparent cost breakdowns; handle objections and close engagements
- Build and nurture a pipeline of HNWIs and families across the UAE, GCC, India and Pakistan
- Develop referral partnerships with private bankers, wealth managers, immigration lawyers, real estate brokers and family offices
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline, forecasts and conversion metrics
- Represent Avyanco at events, webinars and roadshows; feed market insight back to marketing
- Hand signed clients to Operations with a complete, accurate brief and stay engaged for client experience
- Uphold compliance and ethics at all times — verified figures only, no misrepresentation of any programme
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in consultative, high value sales — investment migration, real estate, wealth management, private banking, insurance or luxury
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with HNW clients
- Strong grasp of (or ability to quickly master) citizenship & residency by investment programmes
- Excellent English; Hindi, Urdu and/or Arabic highly advantageous
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management
- Dubai based or willing to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, law or related)

Role Overview
- Avyanco Citizenship is the investment migration practice of Avyanco Group, a Dubai headquartered advisory firm guiding high net worth individuals and families to second citizenship and residency across 20+ government programmes.
- Own the full consultative sales cycle — from qualifying inbound high net worth enquiries to closing signed mandates — for our citizenship and residency by investment programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads (website, referrals, campaigns) promptly and professionally.
- Run consultative discovery calls and meetings to understand each client’s goals — mobility, tax, family, security, timelines and budget.
- Present and compare suitable CBI/RBI programmes; explain investment routes, total costs, timelines and benefits clearly and honestly.
- Prepare tailored proposals and transparent cost breakdowns; handle objections and close engagements.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of HNWIs and families across the UAE, GCC, India and Pakistan.
- Develop referral partnerships — private bankers, wealth managers, immigration lawyers, real estate brokers and family offices.
